	Dan Verssen has been designing games since high school. His first published game was Modern Naval Battles way back in 1989. He went on to have over 60 games published by different companies such as: Wizards of the Coast, Avalon Hill, GMT Games, Alderac Entertainment Group, and Decision Games. He and his wife Holly started Dan Verssen Games (DVG) in 2008 and have since published over 200 games and expansions through their family business.
