Devon Oratz (Oracz in the original non-anglicized Polish) is an iconoclast, an anarchist, a writer, a dog lover, and the ENnie-award nominated creator of the RPGs Anathema, Psionics, SPLINTER, The Singularity System, Systems Malfunction, and more. He also suffers from rather advanced Crohn's disease and bi-polar disorder. According to standards established at the Wannsee Conference, Devon would have been categorized as a Jew by the Nazis, and liquidated. This is enough for Devon to self-identify as Jewish, although he does not practice the Jewish faith. Devon Oratz is not, strictly speaking, End Transmission Games, although he did create every game they published. ETG was an Indie Gaming Micropress created by gamers, for gamers with big ambitions. From 2012 to 2017, ETG published the SPLINTER and Psionics: The Next Stage in Human Evolution game lines, the DicePunk and The Singularity System rule systems and a few other amazing games. Two ENnie nominations (Phantasm(2010) in 2013, Epic Space Battles in 2015) and a Ronnie (Anathema) made it on our list of “Cool Things We Did!” before we went the way of the Dodo.
