 | Hello Everyone, my name is Erik -I'm Venezuelan/Irish person living in the fair city, Dublin. I'm a lifelong learner, and a believer in a more equal society - I'm also a vegetarian.
Right now I'm running my first Kickstarter campaign to mass-produce and commercialise a learning solution I'm calling ToolBox 4 Creativity (TB4C ). I'm super excited to share this with you, TB4C has been designed and developed to meet the needs of training and development professionals delivering a large variety of workshops, training, courses and coaching sessions.
In order to walk the talk, I quit my corporate job as a Program Manager, and set up Play Learn Develop (PLD). TB4C is the outcome of over 3 years of research on the use of games in education (active learning) and the collaboration with the University of Economics Krakow, in Poland -where this game was tested with over 90 students on Q4 2020.
