	I graduated from the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco in 1996 and set a goal for myself to become an executive chef by the age of 30. Well I did it at 26. Since then I went to work for the government (better hours and benefits) but miss the creativity with food and flavors. I have done farmers markets, catering and now teach cooking classes for adult school. Some of these recipes I have been working on and perfecting for 15 years. I have a good knack for combing ingredients and taking flavor to the next level. my dad has wore Hawaiian shirts for as long as I can remember and have enjoy wearing them my self. with my creative mind and lack of tabletop style shirts I decided there was a need.
