	Gonzalo Alvarez (Gonzzink) is a first-gen Mexican-American artist from Port Arthur, Texas creating Aztec books, merch, and games. He completed a BFA in Drawing at Lamar University where he created “Borders” an immigration game that gained international acclaim. Now, he’s creating an Aztec fantasy graphic novel series, “Poyoman”, to be published with Harper Collins. With many years of experience in Aztec/Nahua history, culture, and language research, he started Studio Tecuanis in 2022 to create his debut game, Nawalli: The Aztec Card Game.
