 | Having supported over 500 early-stage startup teams and their coaches, I understand the struggles of entrepreneurship very well. It is hard work, exciting and stressful at the same time. Sometimes things go smoothly, sometimes the obstacles just seem so impossible to pass through, or are hard to break down and understand.
Playfulness has been a gamechanger for me personally. Of course, entrepreneurship is still going to be hard work and as complex, autonomous and therefore, (hopefully) really exciting. But we can bring more fun into it, so the best ideas can come out, we can have a laugh about crazy ideas, constructive relationships can grow. That is why I have created the Playground for Entrepreneurs.
My experience in entrepreneurship and innovation has been at government entrepreneurship programs such as Apps.co (by the Colombian Ministry of ICT), Universities such as Universidad del Rosario (Colombia), Avans University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands). I hold an MSc in General Management and an Executive MBA. |
