 | Hello, everyone; John the writer here! This isn’t my first game to be part of - but its my first foray into being in charge of the writing, development, and design. I began working adjacent to the TTRPG industry but got pulled in when I was contacted to help with the layout corrections and completion for a TTRPG project. Since then I’ve done mainly layout work in the industry. I’m known for a series of semi-successful podcasts under Southgate Media and I was one of the founders of the Actual Play Twitch channel, Rook and Rasp. I’ve built a reputation on supporting indie TTRPGs, and now I’m releasing my first brainchild - Gutterpunk.
What you may not know is I am still very much a punk and was a lead singer of a punk band in the 90’s. For around 10 years I performed live in venues from clubs to skate parks to town halls. This game draws from my passions and experiences and contains some photos and even art from my time in the scene. |
