Under the banner of Woodgrain Gaming I create custom-made gaming accessories from wood in my own wood workshop in the Netherlands.
For as long as I can remember I have been creating and building things from pretty much anything I could get my hands on. I have made boardgames, websites, furniture, medieval armor, robots, a car (yes, an actual car that may legally drive on public roads) and much more. My favorite material to work with however is wood. I love the way it looks, smells and the endless possibilities for creating things from it. Needless to say, the vast majority of things that I have made are made out of wood.
Yet in 2018 I found myself working in an office job, for years and years, while I had to cram all my creating and building in the few free hours of spare time that remained. So, in 2019 I decided to change it all, to do what I love most and start creating full time! I now build (custom) furniture and I make accessories for tabletop role-playing games such as Dungeons and Dragons. |
