	I am a self-confessed geek and proud of it. I have worked in most of the venues in Harrogate over the past 20 years, in one form or another, and I love board games and all things geek. I struggled growing up with being able to show my passion for all the things I love and battled the stigma of the hobby held by the general public but found there is, in reality, a massive community. I want to personally help people who are shy and give them a place, like the community gave to me, and let my child know that, for all the things he loves there are 1000’s of people in Harrogate alone, enjoying them in many ways, as he does. It has been my lifelong dream to be able to open my own bar and incorporate my love of cocktails and games, to be able to love my job and the people around me. I want to show everyone the things I love and be able to learn about and enjoy the things they love too.
