My first manuscript was rejected on the claim that it was too long and detailed for the target audience. My response was to become an independent Canadian publisher under Pen & Forge Productions using my graphic arts background in publication layout. Rural life inspired the idea of writing adventures for people without a Game Master and the rest, as they say, is history (in the making).
