	Dear Kickstarter users, My name's Gavin M. Lottering, founder of Cognodome. I'm a creative professional who is competent at many different types of digital work. In the past I've worked as a designer, photographer, and videographer. I studied 3D animation and philosophy as well. I worked in digital communications for over a decade. At the end of 2016, I decided to start my own company. I felt like there needed to be more employment options for young people like myself in Canada. By starting a company, I hope to produce creative products with the help of local talent. To start up, I designed a strategy game in tabletop format. There needs to be more options for a good strategic experience that's face to face. I hope my game allows for those who love strategy to have a fun experience with their friends. The concept art and artwork was a collaboration with Jay Derry — who did the art for the box, manual and some other illustrations. The world of IN:FLUX has a lot of potential for narrative content, which we hope to make available as VR stories. My brother Graeme Lottering has been very helpful in writing some stories for the world. The game turned out great and we hope you enjoy the strategic depth we've achieved with IN:FLUX, the tabletop game.
