	I obtained my B.Sc. in Biology in my home country (Colombia) and then my Ph.D. in Genetics (Australia). I have lived in Atlanta (USA) since 2007. My work is focused on viral hepatitis, computational biology and molecular epidemiology. Board games are a big part of my life. Most people are usually too polite and circumspect, but while playing you can feel a sliver of their beating hearts. I love hosting board game parties, playing medium-weight games with my wife and preventing my toddlers from destroying my game collection.
