 | I discovered my innate passion for games in 2006. The first ever board game was Ditteâ. It was a result of overflowing ideas into a tacit domain when I wanted to author a book on attitudes. The game experience completed my extended expression.
It won a presidential award after my commercializing it and sold more than ten thousand copies. Thereafter I was hungry for newer experiences. So I jumped from industry to industry in search of new knowledge that helps game development. Somewhere down the line I started my virtual entities âIdeaHelpâ and âCapsized Marketing School of Thoughtâ and started Entrepreneurship coaching to next generations of business people. My knowledge in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) also added value. The process made me a mentor, natural leader and a master of marketing and business philosophy. That's how colleagues describe me.
Personally, I would describe myself as an ambitious visionary who works hard to achieve my goals.
Even now I'm ready to take on new adventures in my own professional career, amalgamating 30+ years of knowledge, blended with right attitudes, skills and habits. Even though I had been doing game designing, I have never worked in a Board Game company where there is a well developed industry, thus I now seek employment in such an entity to experience further.
As a game designer I had been studying complex operations, finding the patterns, and figuring out ways to simplify. I had been a hands-on detail freak, driven to learn every element of your operations down to the lowest level of detail? The reason was game building games gave me the unlimited opportunity to imagine.
I had been supported by Prof. Jesse Schell of Carnegie Mellon University and Schell Games when I started teaching children to design toys and Board games under the brand name IdeasHelp in 2019. The vision was to get the best out of âplayfulâ children. But due to covid 19 pandemic this project had to be abandoned.
My creative writing in British english, started while I was in college. Then on and off I have been working closely with Advertising agencies on a freelance basis.
I always wait until someone assigns me to go to the next challenge. Coming from a different cultural setting I can do the much needed change.
