The secret is that he sum of the people he surround myself with. As a team we get smarter together through teamwork and collaboration. Understand your strengths and weaknesses and know when to ask for help. My grandfather told me when I was young, and I strive to think about it daily, “Don’t try to own a restaurant until you try to wash the dishes first”.
