I am an author, editor, and games designer, with eighty books to my name. I am well known for my contributions to the Fighting Fantasy series of adventure gamebooks (my first published book was SPELLBREAKER, #53 in the original FF series) and for creating the Steampunk world of Pax Britannia for Abaddon Books. I have written fiction for such diverse properties as Doctor Who, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000, Sonic the Hedgehog, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Judge Dredd, and Robin of Sherwood. In 2012 I ran a successful Kickstarter to fund the production of the critically-acclaimed, and award-winning, YOU ARE THE HERO - A History of Fighting Fantasy Gamebooks and have funded a further twelve projects since then, via crowdfunding, including all of my ACE Gamebooks, and 'TWAS - The Roleplaying Game Before Christmas. To date I have edited and compiled three short story anthologies, including the critically-acclaimed GAME OVER and SHARKPUNK, as well as Shakespeare Vs Cthulhu, all published by Snowbooks.
