	Cyndi owns a Web Development and an Internet Marketing company. Working with websites and internet marketing is something she does all day for her many clients. She creates marketing strategies encompassing her clients website and Social Media, making sure that a strong corporate identity is cultivated, maintained, and used in an effective manner. She will take this experience with her to Let’s Chat, creating a strong Social Media marketing presence along with maintaining a strong Internet presence. Because Cyndi has owned her own company for over twenty years she is familiar with building doable and realistic budgets, using the funds allocated in the most useful and accurate manner. People ask her all the time “ have you played the game”. Her answer is “yes, while raising my two children our Golden Rule was open communication. I felt as long as my children could chat with me about anything we could find an acceptable solution, one that worked for our family and reflected our values”. Elaine has several decades of experience in business from operations management consisting of overseeing purchasing, sales, customer service, inventory control and accounting. She has negotiated, with manufacturers, contracts for purchasing raw materials, operation supplies and items for resale. When working in sales, she sold capital equipment, providing return on investment analysis for customers and managed turn key projects consisting of equipment, storage and automation.
