Trenchcoat Raccoons is a fast, fail-forward TTRPG of chaotic heists, cartoon logic, and glorious disaster. Each player controls one raccoon in a stack, all pretending to be one very suspicious human in a trenchcoat, stealing cursed loot in a world of glam horror, glittering galas, mad science, and cryptid conspiracies.
