	Robert Lee Rodems was born and raised in Jacksonville, Illinois. He is the youngest son in a 100-year old family manufacturing business, Jacksonville Machine, Inc., currently serving as Vice President of Operations. For 10 years, Rob was a partner in Xtreme Machine Wheels through which he gained a thorough understanding of Design and Product Development, Marketing and Advertising, as well as Product Launch. Rob has spent the last 3 decades socializing and entertaining friends and colleagues. It was during this time that he formed the idea for Downward Karma.
