	Russ Bauer is the father in the "When Mama Isn't Home" (Oven Kid) viral videos, and has been an educator for almost 30 years. He is currently employed as Australia's first ever full-time Memory Teacher in a school, teaching students from Kindy to Year 12 how to better retain the information they learn. As the winner of Australia's first National Memory Competition in 2002, Russell has built upon his fascination with memory-training and is now creating board games specifically aimed at school-age children.
